Can I pause my Clearscope subscription?

We don’t offer a way to pause your account, but in the event you need to take a break from using Clearscope or don’t want to renew after your current billing cycle, you can cancel your account.

Please note: When you cancel your subscription, you lose access to the Clearscope platform, including any Content Reports you've created. You can only login and see your historical data with an active subscription.

Monthly subscriptions

If you are on a monthly plan, you have the option to cancel your account at any time. Should you choose to do so, you will lose access to your account and the Clearscope platform at the end of the subscription period.

However, if you decide to reactivate your account within 12 months of cancelation, you will regain access to your historical data and Content Reports.

Annual subscriptions

For those on an annual plan, account pausing is not available during the subscription period. If you wish to explore your renewal options, please get in touch with us at support@clearscope.io.
